The following notes were published in this weeks Tipperary Star:

Under 6
On Wednesday, 27th August, Durlas Og   Under 6 boys played in a hurling blitz organised by Tipperary Games Development in Dr. Morris Park.

Training for Under 6 and Under 8 hurling continues as usual on Saturday morning at 10.00am, and Under 8s will have football training on Wednesday evening at 10.00pm.

Under 10
We were delighted to have Sarsfields from Galway come down to play us last Saturday. We fielded two teams, and each played two games. All the games were competitive, and we enjoyed the challenge. We would like to thank all the parents who helped out on the day, and we would also like to thank  the parents who made sandwiches, buns and cakes. The Sarsfields lads then went on to Semple Stadium to watch the Galway  U21 take on Wexford.

Under 12
Durlas Og U12s travelled To Lucan on Sunday. Both teams played for matches. The B team lost two, won two, and were unlucky not to reach the final. The A team drew two and won two matches, and progressed to the final against  Lucan, and won the Tournament.  The match was a draw at half time and Durlas Og put on a very strong second half performance to win the game by  nine points. Well done to both teams on a great performance.  We would also like to thank Lucan Sarsfields for hosting the event.

Under 14
We got our U13 Competition off to a successful start when we defeated Drom and Inch in The Ragg on Thursday evening. There were good performances from James Armstrong, Conor Stapleton and Cathal Hayes. We play JK Brackens in the next round.

Under 16
Well done to our second team, on reaching the mid final which is fixed for next Monday, September 1st, all support appreciated. Our Under 16 A played in their mid-final on Monday night last, further details to follow.
