The following Durlas Og notes were published in last weeks Tipperary Star:

Training as usual on Saturday morning at 10.00 a.m. for Under 8 and Academy players.

Our footballers had a very useful challenge game against Moycarkey/Borris last week at Pairc na nOg  with great commitment shown by all players. It is great to see how our players are developing their football skills. Well done to all and thanks to all the parents for their support. Thanks to Moycarkey for the game .Training continues every Wednesday evening at 7 o clock sharp. New players welcome.

Hurling training continues on Saturday morning at 10.00 a.m.

Both our ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams have qualified for Mid hurling semi finals.  These matches will be played next week.  Training continues at the usual times.

Our ‘A’ team played J.K. Brackens last Thursday and had a comfortable win with good performances from Oisín O’Brien, Henry Fogarty and Cian Stakelum. The following night we played James Stephens from Kilkenny in a challenge game. This was a good competitive game which we won by 7 points. There were good performances from Jack Lanigan , Jordan Fahey and Darragh Stakelum. We play Moycarkey/Borris this Thursday.

We had mixed fortunes last week.  Our ‘A’ team defeated Drom/Inch and our ‘B’ team lost to Upperchurch/Drombane.
