The following Durlas Og notes were published in this weeks Tipperary Star:

Training as usual on Saturday morning at 10.00am

Under 8 and Under 10

On Sunday (March 28th) we have our first outing of the year.  To coincide with Tipperary playing Cork in Pairc Uí Rinn at 3.00pm on that day we have accepted an invite from Douglas GAA Club for a game. We are taking our Under 8s and Under 10s  together. The games will begin at 11.30am at Douglas GAA field so it is our intention to assemble at our own club grounds at 9.45. The bus will depart at 10.00am.  The boys will need to bring a packed lunch and a change of clothes. Please contact Pat Murray before Saturday if your son cannot attend on Sunday.

Training as usual on Saturday morning, at 10.00am. It is important that everyone attends in preparation for the challenge matches on Sunday.

Under 12

Football: Team 2 travelled to Drombane to take on Upperchurch A in their first outing in the round robin. Wet and windy conditions made the game difficult to play, but that said there was some great football on show. The game ended in a low scoring draw.

Team 1 suffered a heavy defeat to a slick Holycross side in the second game of the round robin. A big improvement is needed if we are to progress in the competition.

Training continues Tuesday nights.

Under 14.

Thanks to Knockvilla for the football challenge matches last Sunday. We are travelling to Cork on  Sunday next, the 26th for challenge matches against Blackrock then onto the Cork V Tipp match. We will be meeting @ 9.30 sharp in Páirc na nÓg.

Under 16.

We played Naas in a worthwhile hurling challenge match on Sunday morning. We played Drom in the first round of the Mid Football Championship on Monday 27 March. Further details to follow.

Training continues on the usual days.

We ask that any outstanding membership fees be paid before Saturday, to ensure continuing insurance cover for the members. Thank you.

Thank you!
We would like to thank all the boys who turned out to represent the club in the St. Patricks Day parade. Go raibh maith agaibh.
