The following notes were published in this weeks Tipperary Star:

KELLOGGS CUL CAMP: Our Cul Camp commenced on Monday and concludes on Friday. It takes place each day in Dr. Morris Park from 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Parents are invited to visit the camp and show their support for the young participants.

UNDER 16
: Both our teams were defeated last week. Our ‘A’ team lost by a point to Holycross-Ballycahill and the ‘B’ team suffered a three points defeat to Clonakenny-Moneygall. The ‘A’ team will play Gortnahoe-Glengoole on Saturday in Gortnahoe at 5.00 p.m.
UNDER 14: We defeated Thurles Gaels in the Mid ‘C’ hurling semi final last week. This team will play Clonakenny in the final tomorrow (Thursday) in Boherlahan at 6.30 p.m. This match will be followed by the 'A' final at 7.30 p.m. between Durlas Og and the winners of the Moycarkey/Borris and J.K. Brackens semi final. We extend our best wishes to both our teams. Support would be appreciated.

UNDER 12 : Our ‘A’ team just missed out on joining our ‘B’ and ‘C’ teams in the Mid finals when they lost narrowly to Moycarkey-Borris in an exciting semi final played in Dualla last Tuesday. When the teams played earlier this year Moycarkey had a comprehensive win but on this occasion only a point separated the teams at the end. Moycarkey started strongly and raced into a six point lead but we gradually got back into the game and had reduced the deficit to four points by half time. The second half produced tremendous excitement and a Barry McGrath goal saw us hit the front with with seven minutes remaining. Moycarkey hit back with a goal to go in front again and though we had the final point of the match time ran out on us. This was by far our best performance of the season and every player gave their maximum. On a night of fine performances throughout the field Kevin Bracken, Barry McGrath,Kieran Moloney and Dylan Costello excelled.

Both our 'B' and 'C' teams will be in action in the Mid finals this Saturday in The Ragg. The 'C' team will play Moyne-Templetuohy at 10.00 a.m. in the Group 4 final and this will be followed at 11.15 a.m. with the Group 3 final between our 'B' team and Thurles Gaels. We wish both teams and their mentors the very best and we encourage our supporters to come along and cheer on our young players.
UNDER 8 and 10: Due to our Cul Camp this week there will be no Under 10, Under 8 and Academy training this Saturday.

COMMITTEE MEETING: The monthly committee meeting will be held tonight (Wednesday) in the clubhouse at 8.30 p.m.
