VHI Cul Camp
A reminder that our VHI Cul Camp will take place this year from Monday 15th to Friday 19th August. Any outstanding forms need to be returned as soon as possible, or alternatively you can book online at www.vhiculcamps.gaa.ie
Under 8 and Academy.
Last Saturday we hosted Holycross Ballycahill in Pairc na nOg. We played some very enjoyable and competitive games. Training as normal next Saturday from 10.00 to 11.00 . Boys are asked to be in Pairc na nOg before 10 o'clock to allow training to start on time. Advance notice: there will be no Under 8 or academy training on Saturday 20th August.
Football training on Wednesday evening at 7.00. We will be hosting a blitz on Saturday, we will have Newtown Shandrum and Lucan Sarsfields as our guests. We ask those who have Dúrlas Og jerseys to wear them and players will need to be in Páirc na nOg at 11.30 sharp.
Our third team were beaten by Moycarkey in the mid final, all players played well in a good game. The Shield will be starting in the coming weeks, training at 10.00 on Saturday. - please note change of time this week..
Under 14 Mid final will take place on Wednesday evening, all support would be appreciated,
The under 16s are playing exceptionally well currently, the first team are topping their group and the second team have three out of three wins The A team had a win against Moycarkey and the B team had a win against Gortnahoe this week, both were cracking matches. Well done to all.
