Next weekend sees the annual Féile tournament return to Tipperary, who join with Waterford to host this great festival of hurling. We are hosting Ballybrown the Limerick champions and are looking forward to a busy weekend, on and off the field. Also in our group are near neighbours Drom & Inch and Athenry of Galway. Fixtures will be posted on the Féile twitter page and also on the Tipp Gaa website.

There will be no training on Saturday, June 18th, for all age groups, due to the All Ireland Féile U 14 hurling competition. Please support Durlas Óg  Under 14 team in their group matches;

Friday 17th June @ 4.00pm    Durlas Óg  v Athenry        in Páirc na nÓg.

Durlas Óg Abú !!

Our Academy boys travelled to Holycross on Saturday and played two challenge matches against Holcross/Ballycahill. Both teams played some terrific and entertain hurling matches. We thank our hosts for their hospitality and look forward to them returning to Pairc Na nÓg in the near future.

Under 8.

We played J.K. Brackens last Saturday, and enjoyed good, challenging matches.

We would like to thank JK Brackens for travelling to play us, and we look forward to hosting JK Brackens in the near future.

Under 10.

The under 10s travelled to Glanmire, Co. Cork, at their kind invitation.  In the first round Durlas Óg played Austin Stacks, and in the second round we played the hosts, Glanmire, and in the final round we played the second team from Austin Stacks. We enjoyed good competitive games, against strong opposition. The hospitality shown us on the day was exceptional, and we hope to have the honour of return the favour at a later date.
