The following notes were published in this weeks Tipperary Star:
UNDER 16: Our ‘A’ team will be in action twice in the coming days. On Saturday we play Moycarkey-Borris in Littleton at 5.00 p.m. and on Monday we take on Holycross-Ballycahill in Holycross at 7.30 p.m. Our ‘B’ team were defeated by Moyne-Templetuohy last week.
UNDER 14: On Saturday we played in an Under 13 tournament in Tulla, Co. Clare .We were defeated by Toomevara in the final but a great day was had by both players and mentors. This Thursday our first team play Holycross/Ballycahill in the Mid semi final. Check Mid Bord na nOg notes for details of venue and time.

UNDER 12 : Our hurlers had a very successful week with both our ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams winning their quarter final matches. First up on Tuesday 24 July our ‘B’ team defeated Clonakenny. In dreadful conditions it was an evening for effort and hard work and we got plenty of that from our team. We led by five points at half time with Joe Dwan and Arthur Geronimo dominating midfield and Peter Wall scoring a crucial goal. A Clonakenny goal early in the second half reduced our lead but we drove on and ran out comfortable winners. As well as those already mentioned there were good performances from Patrick Scully, Cathal Hayes and Rory Fogarty. Two days later our ‘A’ team faced J.K. Brackens on a beautiful evening in Pairc na nOg. Three first half goals put us in a strong position but Brackens came back and our lead at half time was just two points. Our second half performance was better and we eventually won in convincing style. On an evening of good performances Kevin Bracken, Barry McGrath, Kieran Costello and Eoin Purcell did very well. We now look forward to our Mid semi finals.
UNDER 10: Training for football and hurling continues at the usual times.

UNDER 8: Training as usual this Saturday for Under 8 and Academy players at 10.00 a.m. New players are most welcome.
CARPARK: We provided a carpark in Pairc na nOg last Sunday for patrons attending the All Ireland hurling quarter finals in Semple Stadium. Many thanks to those that made themselves available and assisted on the day.

KELLOGGS CUL CAMP: Our Cul Camp will be held from 13th to 17th August. Register online at Registration forms are also available from team mentors.
